This deposit is to hold your stall till the date agreed on (noted on contract) and will be held till time of departure. In the event you leave HHF and do not clean your stall and remove all shavings this deposit will not be returned. If you do clean stall completely and remove all shavings and wash stall walls, deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
Deposit is nonrefundable in the event you choose not to board you horse(s) with Hacienda Hills Farm, LLC
Deposit must accompany signed boarding contract. Paying deposit indicates you have read, signed and agreed to all details within boarding contract.
