Before completing the application, be sure you have read and understand all the details:

Job can start ASAP, but move in will not be till after 60 days of employment to be sure it is a good fit.

Pay is $2000 per month. $1000 paid on 15th of each month and $1000 paid on last day of each month.

Pay is the same first 60 days as well as after the 60 day trail. At 60 days you get to move in the apartment. 

Apartment is a small 3 room barn apartment with electric:

Living/Kitchen: Included: Recliner, Chase, 2 chair kitchen table, Full size Icebox, Microwave, Stove with Oven, Window AC Unit.

Bedroom: Included: Queen Bed, Nightstand, Dresser, Window AC Unit.

Bathroom: Closet, Standup Shower, Toilet, Sink

Job Duties:

Cleaning and bedding Stalls, we have 30 barn stalls and 12 Paddock stalls, but some are self board. As of today we have 24 daily stalls to clean. Majority of our stalls have mats, making cleaning easier and faster.

Feeding Grain/Hay 2x/day, checking waters and keeping all waters clean. Hay barn, Feed Room kept clean and neat. 

Inventory Control

Turn out and Bring in, currently this is no more than 10 horses daily.

Light Grooming, hose off certain horses based on heat of the day.

Fence Repairs as needed. Light Maintenace around farm.

Work 6 days per week, Pick your day off (same day each week).
